When the power hits, that filament gets incredibly hot and shoots out shortwave radiation. Since these waves travel at the speed of light, they don’t care if the air is chilly or damp. You feel the warmth instantly. We’ve dialed in the wattage to make sure the heat actually cuts through that heavy, humid bathroom air rather than just skimming the surface. If a bulb needs replacing, you just pop it out and snap a new one in. Simple. A few things to keep in mind Here’s the catch: these lamps pull a lot of power. You’ll want to make sure your wiring and breakers can handle the load, otherwise, you’re going to be flipping switches in the dark. And since the heat is directional, placement is everything. If you mount them too low, it’ll feel like a sauna. Too high, and you lose that luxury, “five-star hotel” warmth. It’s all about finding that sweet spot where it feels just right.
